Smokeway sells native cigarettes and related products. Product availability can change at any time, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship across Canada to every province and territory. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
6. Returns and refunds
If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Because of the nature of the products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened. Any refund or replacement is handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
